The process of buying and selling a home in this market is stressful to say in the least. David’s

Truly a one stop shop with this amazing company. Our new home is a dream come true. One level, big enough our family, yard space for our puppies, and space for all our extra “toys”. David was able to keep us in our neighborhood ( within walking distance of our old home) by being in our corner when the buying process began. I worked with David Irish to review a lease agreement on an apartment and had a
wonderful experience. Even though he doesn’t play a part in lease agreements, David
is the kind of the person who will give advice even when he isn’t directly apart of the
transaction. He explained all components of the agreement and why landlords need
to include them. He prepped me with questions and things to identify with the
landlord during the inspection before signing. I felt he had my best interests at heart
and prioritized me feeling comfortable. I look forward to using him again when I take
the next step from renting to purchasing a home.
